“If I had 60 minutes to solve a problem and my life depended on it, I’d spend 55 minutes determining the right question to ask. Once I got the right question, I could easily answer it in 5 minutes.” Albert Einstein.
A new year is dawning upon us and with that another opportunity to bring us closer to excellent health and living. To truly find out what you want to do for your health ask yourself the right questions. What particular aspect of my health needs improvement? What particular part of my lifestyle am I ready to give up for a better way? What can I decide to do that will truly enhance my life? What part of my life is dragging me down and what is it trying to tell me? Things that bring health and vitality to your body bring health and vitality to your mind. You set up a chain of events that improve your health and your life and you help the people around you do the same. The most effective New Years Resolutions are not the one’s you sacrifice something you enjoy, but those that arise from framing the problem differently. In other words, you ask better and better questions and the solution comes up.
I had promised you in my last blog a list of New Years Health Resolutions for 2011. Sorry, but we ran into some problems. Maria Kalamas who was graciously sending out the Newsletter left to pursue her passion for life coaching and I had to learn how to do it myself. But now things are back on track and we should be back to Wednesday newsletters and blog posts. Next week I will bring you the simple things you can do for a healthy 2011 post.
Meanwhile my sincere thanks for staying with us and all best wishes from me and my staff at Harmonia for a blessed, meaningful, healthful and abundant New Year.
Thomas Alexander.
